General Information

Registration fee includes

Participation in the scientific sessions, congress programme including abstracts, coffee breaks as indicated in the programme, lunch on December 2, CME credits, attendance certificate.

Lunches and coffee breaks

They will be served following the schedule of the scientific programme in the exhibition area.

Internet point

A free internet point will be available for all registered participants in the main foyer.


The official language of the workshop is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Audiovisual facilities and media check

Rooms are equipped with beamer and laptop (PowerPoint). Speakers are kindly requested to avoid the use of their personal computer for the presentation. All presenters are required to check in at the Media Check at least one hour before their session. The Media Check is located close to the registration counter and will be open at the following times:

  • Thursday, December 1
  • Friday, December 2
  • Saturday, December 3

Poster session

Posters can be hung on site on December 1 from 10.00 and should be removed on December 3 by 13.30.

Posters sizes are the following: 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

Presenters are requested to be close to their poster during the poster viewing session on December 2 from 14.00 to 15.00. The posters will be mounted with pins, they will be provided on-site.

Poster awards

There will be a selection of the 4 best posters (2 basic, 2 clinical): these will be awarded with Euro 500 each.

CME credits

The ENEA Workshop "Aggressive pituitary tumors" has obtained 21 CME credits by the Bavarian State Medical Association. The certificate will be handed out at the registration desk at the end of the conference.

Travel grants

Travel grants of EUR 500 each have been awarded to a number of scientists attending the ENEA workshop 2011. We thank the following companies for their support:

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The congress organizers will not accept liability for any personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants either during or as a result of the congress or during social events. Participants are recommended to obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance.


Munich has a wintery climate in December with low temperatures.

Open from Monday to Wednesday from 08.30 to 16.30, Thursday from 08.30-18.00 and Friday from 8.30-15.00.


Generally shops are open from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 20.00.
The Christmas Market is open Monday-Saturday 10.00-20.30 and Sunday 10.00-19.30.
